The Lord is faithful

Well after 2 weeks of going back and forth with urology  we finally have an apt this friday to try to figure out Arwen's continual UTI situation. All they want to do is (I feel) shove a new suppression antibiotic down her without even checking her out in person..no tests no nothing. And they expect us to pay an outrageous amount each month and not give us an alternative so it's been hard to figure out what's best for her. I just get so frustrated that all of her docs just think a new chemically based med is the answer to everything. I know she will have to be on certain ones because of her spina bifida but medicine shouldn't have to be the first and only answer every time she has something wrong.
Thankfully her urine out take and poo has stayed pretty good since she has been on the NG tube. Some days are questionable but we can get back on track a lot faster with tube. I just don't like depending on a tube and pray she will start drinking more on her own. She does like her pump backpack to carry around but her poor back has to get so out of alignment with that on every day. Get ready for more visits cousin Ryan :)
Well she has been sick with UTI and bad sinus cold past couple weeks so this week she will be getting back on schedule with pt and routines that go along with that...this should be interesting lol.
She has been saying dadda again which makes Richard feel like he's on cloud nine. And said nanna for banana for the first time this past week. She is getting such a funny personality. I enjoy seeing her do new things each day and am so thankful to be her mamma.
Adi and Noah just love being the big sis and big bro. Now that Arwen is old enough to "play" they have so much fun laughing and inventing new games together. They for sure have their dad's imagination.
I love seeing them interact and just watch them. It makes me smile. They love to sing songs and quote movies together. It blesses my heart to hear them sing scripture. Adi is totally rocking the seeds cd and knows every song. Noah is sooooo funny when he sings it. He can usually just remember a few words from each and our favorite is the "lion one". We say hey Noah sing the lion song and this how it goes according to Noah "When the lions leak and lungry"..instead of "When the lions grow weak and hungry" Oh boy Richard and I just die laughing and think it is the cutest thing in the world. Adison looks at him like..boy what song are you singing? hahaha! Oh the small things in life really are precious.

Richard started his new shift at work last week and it is still a hard transition for us all. We are praying it will all come together soon :) But hey looks like the kids will have a new Bible and History teacher when school starts here pretty soon lol. I am nervous but looking forward to the new school year and I know the kids are anxious as well.
Thanks for checking in on the Tuttle clan. We appreciate your prayers, love, and support.
