Adi Bear

Adison is such a wonderful big sister and eldest daughter. It's funny how I get so used to her never being sick and always being my little helper. (with a little aditude of course lol) But last night in the middle of the night she fell out from the top bunk straight on her poor little back. She sleep walks occasionally but she said she was fully awake and was leaning over. Must have done a flip on the way down. I have never seen Richard run that fast in my life but he was daddy to the rescue and did a quick look over and she seemed really scared and sore. After awhile of calming her down we gave her some pain medicine and heating pad to go back to sleep. Not even ten mins later she was crying pretty hard from her bed so after talking we decided we better take her to the ER to make sure she didn't have any cracked ribs or internal bleeding since her stomach area was in severe pain. She pretty much cried because of the pain till Richard got her to the hospital. But after getting some tests done and watching food network with daddy she seemed to be in better spirits. Thank the Lord she didn't break anything or have internal bleeding. She ended up having an infection though that we were unaware of so thankfully they caught that before it got really bad.
We appreciate so many prayers and encouragement from our friends and family during a scary time for our big girl. God's hand has been upon her precious body and seems to be on the mend. She will prob be sore for a few days from the fall but hopefully the adjustment, rest, and meds will help her recover quickly.
I am very thankful the Lord has blessed us with Adison Grace and am blessed to be her mamma.
