We went to see the perinatologist today for our check up and so far her SB condition has not gotten any worse (the fluid on her brain is not increasing, ect.) She weighs 1 lbs 9 oz which is what i weighed when my mom delivered me there at 26 wks..i told the doc she will be nice and chunky like big sis and bro were.We also found out that her actual opening is lower than they originally thought. 6 wks ago they thought it was at the lumbar L4-L5 but after reviewing her now that she is bigger it looks like it is in the sacral s2-s3 area.....which is a great praise to God!! The lower the better since less nerves are damaged (which control leg movement, bladder, bowel) The OB also said it was great that she saw Arwen flex her feet and that she is moving them so much.We also decided today that her full name is going to be Arwen Noel Tuttle...very excited!We appreciate everyone's continual prayers and support.
Tomorrow we meet with children's mercy to meet the doc and get a tour.
